Gavin was determined to make his vision for a different recruitment experience a reality. He co-founded Bastion Group in 2021, before that having worked for several talent acquisition companies across diverse sectors, including defence, manufacturing, and construction sectors. He leveraged a wealth of experience and industry connections to build a business he was truly proud of – one that focused on quality, integrity and personalisation.
This move wasn’t just about fulfilling career aspirations; it was also about creating a business that enabled him – and those around him – to focus on what matters most in their lives, allowing space for personal pursuits and supporting a genuine work-life balance.
